GOL-BALL GLOBAL S.L. ("we" or "us" or "GOL-BALL") is a company incorporated in Spain, with CIF B09676685 that allows users ("you" or "user") to purchase collectibles of the goalscoring balls of their favourite football teams and players. GOL-BALL converts each goalscoring ball into digital collectibles backed by blockchain technology, so that each user can purchase through the platform a certified collectible of the goal balls of their favourite football teams and players.

We respect your privacy and are committed to providing a secure environment for our Users. This privacy policy ("Policy") is intended to provide you with important information about how and why GOL-BALL may collect and process your data. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights and other regulations. This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

For users residing in the European Union, the acceptance of the processing of their personal data and the use of cookies will be carried out in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

2. Data Storage

Account Information: GOL-BALL will keep your Personal Data until your account is closed.Use of the Website and Mobile APP: GOL-BALL will not retain Personal Data processed for analytical or other research or analysis purposes once such research has been completed and the relevant reports, results and/or insights have been produced.

Access to the Services: Personal Data processed for the use of the Services will be retained as long as the user account is active.

Account Security: Personal Data processed for fraud prevention purposes will be retained for three (3) years after the relevant data has been included in an alert list. Personal Data processed for security purposes will be retained for five (5) years from the last login to the account or suspicious activity.

Notwithstanding the above, GOL-BALL may store some Personal Data for a longer duration pursuant to its legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.

GOL-BALL may use third party service providers and other third parties ("Processors" or " Data Processors") to facilitate, maintain, enhance, improve, analyse and protect the Website, App and Services. Processors may have access to Personal Data for the sole and exclusive purpose of carrying out the processing activity assigned by GOL-BALL to the relevant Processor.

Some content or features of the website and/or application are provided by third party service providers. To facilitate your access to such content and/or features, GOL-BALL may share some of your personal information with such providers and third parties in the event that you access those services or features through the links provided for that purpose. 5. Use of Children’s Data

The Website, App and Services are not directed to children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from users who have not reached the age of majority. If we find that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Likewise, we will not be responsible for our users' failure to comply with current legislation regarding the treatment of images of minors when submitting content to our platform.

You may access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to the processing and to the portability of your data through your account. You should note that by withdrawing such consent, will not be able to access the services offered and GOL-BALL will have the right to delete your user account from the platform and/or application, as well as to stop providing the services offered, this in view of the protection and security that the platform intends to implement in order to avoid the possible commission of fraud, crimes, among other unusual or suspicious acts that harm the Company or are contrary to the legislation in force.
